Refund policy
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All returns will be refunded as store credit only, excluded original and return shipping costs.
The buyer will receive a GALLERY CANDLE CO E-gift card within 7 days via email after the return item(s) is received and inspected. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Please email us your Order number and your email address to GalleryCandleCo@gmail.com with subject "Return Inquiry". A return label will be provided via email.Â
 CONDITIONS:
- Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of the delivery day
- Item(s) must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)
- Gallery Candle Co will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us
- Incorrect item(s) delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 5 days of the delivery day
- Gallery Candle Co is not responsible for item(s) damaged during the shipping process
- Returned Item(s) arrived damaged will not be eligible for refundÂ

Our candles are made to order, therefore orders cannot be cancelled after placed.
